TIRANA, Nov. 8 – Prime Minister Sali Berisha assured EC ambassador Helmuth Lohan of his government’s total commitment in fulfilling the requirements coming out from the recent evaluation reports on the country’s integration efforts toward the European Union. “I assured Ambassador Lohan that the Albanian government welcomed the report and that all the ministries would consider with special interest every issue in the report and that the SAA remains the road map for the realization of our best project of integration into the EU,” said Berisha. “I assured Mr. Lohan that the government is determined to make any effort for free and fair elections in AlbaniaŠI assured him that we remain determined in the fight against crime and corruption.”
