TIRANA, Jan. 13 – Police said they had increased surveillance and arrest of persons distributing drugs at the elementary and high schools in Tirana. Police reported the arrest of three persons found with 1.55 kilograms of marijuana trying to be distributed at the Ismail Qemali gymnasium in the capital. One of them was found with one kilogram of drugs when entering the apartment of another person. At that apartment police found half a kilo of cannabis.
