TIRANA, Jan. 24 – Wednesday police reported an explosion in one of Tirana’s streets that damaged the Mercedes car of a businessman but had caused no human injuries. Some 50 grams of an explosive device were used to damage the car belonging to Ilirjan Cara, manager of Soni-Duro Company. The car was parked and there were no persons nearby. Police said they were investigating to find the perpetrators.
