TIRANA, Jan. 7 – A 38-year-old man, who already served a six month prison sentence for drug production and distribution in the widely-known Cocaine Case, was arrested Sunday with 19 grams of cocaine divided in 22 doses, which he was to allegedly sell in Tirana’s night pubs. Another 20-year-old man was also arrested.
