TIRANA, June 11 – Arben Isufaj, 37, nicknamed Ben Qimja, was arrested this week at a restaurant in the outskirts of Tirana.
Isufaj is a suspect in the murder of a person in 2002 and also accused of drug trafficking and collaboration in other serious crimes. He is further considered a member of a criminal gang in the central town of Lushnja.(Tirana Times Staff)
