TIRANA, June 11 – An Albanian fisherman was shot and wounded by Montenegrin border guards near the Shen Gjergj border post while remaining in Albanian territorial waters. The incident is being investigated and Albanian police have contacted their Montenegrin counterparts.(Tirana Times Staff)
