TIRANA, Sep 27 – Spanish officials trained for a week Albanian authorities on how to manage funds they get from the European union.
Albanian experts from the main central and local institutions took part at the one-week training telling them how to compile projects, policies of development, logistics, evaluating steps, managing and consulting on the projects.
Certificates of evaluation were given to some 30 participants in the training.
The training was part of a series of lectures on EU issues to be held Sep-Dec this year from the Spanish embassy.
