TIRANA, Dec 9 – Polish vice Foreign Minister Grazyna Maria Bernatowicz visited Albania to talk with her counterparts and discuss bilateral ties and the Balkan country’s integration efforts into NATO and the European Union, where Poland is a member.
Regional development was the other major topic of discussion.
Poland has clearly expressed its support to Tirana’s efforts to become a member of the international institutions.
The Polish official said that Warsaw considered expanding the EU with the western Balkan countries as an indispensable necessity.
