TIRANA, Dec 10 – Police arrested 10 persons on corruption charges.
Following many months of investigation, five officials of the Transport Ministry issuing driving licenses, an owner of a driving school, a policeman and three citizens were arrested after it was found they abused their post and issued driving licenses to persons who did not pass the tests.
