Doctors in protest stop working

TIRANA, Dec 17 – Doctors of the Tirana main hospital stopped working for three days, but emergency cases, in a protest against the violence on them by the patients and the lack of proper care from the government authorities.
A doctor was shot with a knife last week from a person asking to get a prescription, the third case of injured doctors this year.
The doctors said for three days they would not make any surgery or check patients.
