TIRANA, March 9 – Defense Minister Arben Imami held a two-day visit to Turkey to close on further increasing and strengthening military ties between the two countries.
Turkey has been one of the key supporters for the Albanian army reform during the post-communist period.
The two ministers will discuss cooperation of their armies and also other issues on preserving peace and security in the region and more.
Albania has been a NATO member since April of 2009.
