Extradition from Finland

TIRANA, March 6 – Robert Maskaj was extradited from Helsinki, Finland to serve his imprisonment in Albania.
Maskaj, 33, had been sentenced to 13 years imprisonment for a murder.
In 2003 Maskaj had knifed to death Anesti Koraqi following a quarrel at a road block. Koraqi did not survive the wounds.
Maskaj was arrested in Helsinki in November 2008 and was brought to Albania following the extradition procedures between the two countries’.
