TIRANA, March 17 – Police reported they had arrested two persons allegedly involved in trafficking drugs in the capital, Tirana.
Adrian Karajani, 43, and Eno Vishi, 30, were arrested by the police after being found with four grams of cocaine. They are accused of producing and selling drugs in cooperation with one another.
Fighting drug trafficking remains a top priority to police.
The country is a place of origin for cannabis sativa and also a transit point for heroin. There has been an increase recently where people are arrested also with cocaine.
