TIRANA, June 21 – Albania’s Culture Ministry has announced a competition called “Emotion through photos” inviting all artists to submit pictures until July 9. A jury will award two Euro 1,000 prizes on the best social and tourism pictures. The competition is part of the newly launched public fund on young artists.
