Albania, Britain sign military cooperation agreement

TIRANA, Jan. 12 – Albania and Britain signed last week Friday a memorandum of understanding between the two defense institutions about the map cooperation exchange of geographic materials and also further cooperation between the two marine forces. The agreement was signed by Albanian Chief-of-Staff Gen. Maj. Luan Hoxha and the British Ambassador to Tirana Fraser Wilson. Albanian armed forces will be supplied with geographic materials and information from the British counterparts and will also be assisted with the topics of map compilation and use, and the protection of the waters.
