TIRANA, March 29 – The launch of a tolling system on the Highway of Nation linking Albania to Kosovo has angered local communities, businesses and the opposition who fear the average €5 fees on the country’s first toll road will have a negative impact on the poor northern Albanian households as well as trade and tourism flows between the two ethnic Albanian neighboring countries.
