TIRANA, July 27 – Albania’s national football team will play a friendly against Uzbekistan Aug. 11 at the port city of Durres.
Croatian coach Josip Kuze will likely test a number of new players that he may intend to include in the national soccer team for the European championship starting in September.
Albania has played two other friendlies this year, against Northern Ireland, Montenegro and Andorra
The new national championship starts August 15 when champion Dinamo will try to stay on top.
