TIRANA, Jan 5 – Lines of cars stretched along the country’s border crossing and ports this year, however those crossing did not wait for many hours or even days as before due to the readiness of Greek border police to quickly process them.
Thousands of Albanian migrants returned home for the year-end holiday and they went back to their resident countries.
It also should be noted that the number of those returning home was smaller this year compared to the past.
