TIRANA, Sep 14 – British Council in Tirana announced that Alisa Hate will represent Albania in London in November at the Global Changemakers programme.
The Albanian applicant was chosen to take part in the British Council’s Global Changemakers programme and also to attend a Youth Summit in the UK in November 2009.
Over 1100 individuals applied, among them many worthy applicants.
