TIRANA, Sep 28 – Police arrested two persons for bribery.
Viktor Ujka, 45, and Gjovalin Prenga, 57, worked with the electricity distribution company, now privatized from a Czech company. They were arrested for obliging a company to pay a bribe of 800,000 in the last two years threatening with higher payments for power consume.
