TIRANA, April 6 – A manager of a coffee bar in Tirana was killed Monday evening. Another person close to him was also injured.
Elton Lulo, 29, was shot dead with four bullets at a bar in downtown Tirana.
Police have questioned at least 35 persons present at the bar or that had close family or social links to the victim to learn about the causes of the murder.
