TIRANA, Sep 2 – Britain has assisted Albania with advanced fingerprinting technology and other support in trying to reduce crime as part of the country’s efforts to join the European Union.
One element of this programme has been a greatly improved forensic capability, including dedicated vehicular investigation units.
