Businessman killed in Shkodra, another missing in Elbasan

TIRANA, Dec 9 – A businessman in northern Shkodra was allegedly killed due to a debt, while another in central Elbasan has gone missing.
Police reported that Ben Bitani was allegedly murdered by Afrim Rraboshta in a car in Barbullush, Shkodra district. It is believed Bitani owed him a certain amount of money.
Rraboshta was arrested by police after some hours.
In Elbasan, a businessman in the clothing market has been missing since last Friday. Hekuran Latollari, 44, left his house Friday and no one has seen him since.
