SHKODRA, July 28 – Police destroyed more than 20,000 cannabis sativa plants in the Shkreli commune, Shkodra district, and said they were still working to complete searching the entire area.
Hundreds of police officers were involved in the operation that covered the entire northwestern area.
Police have questioned six suspects, but none were arrested, as the cannabis had been planted on public land, not belonging to any individual. (Tirana Times Staff)
