SHKODRA, Jan. 21 – A 12-year old boy was killed by an exploding shell in the northern city of Shkodra Monday as he was trying to find scrap metal to support his family.
Daniel Marashi was working with a pick while concealed inside a military base to find scrap and sell it later, when he apparently hit a land-air shell that exploded.
