China books donated to Tirana University

TIRANA, May 8 – Chinese ambassador to Albania Wang Junling handed over Chinese books to Dhori Kule, rector of Tirana University in Tirana. More than 110 Albanian students are choosing Chinese as their elective course in a Chinese-learning class set up at Tirana University in October 2009.
The Chinese embassy in Albania last week donated more than 200 sets of Chinese books to Tirana University to help students there improve Chinese language skills.
The Chinese Ambassador Wang Junling spoke highly of the growing relations between the two countries at a ceremony, hoping that Chinese language learning would help local people know more about China.
More than 110 Albanian students have chosen Chinese as an elective course and attend a Chinese-learning class at Tirana University in October 2009.
“I am now convinced they have advanced in the learning of this very necessary language for them, for our relations and for the economic development of Albania,” said Kule.
