TIRANA, Feb 23 – Police arrested Bledar Haklaj, 25, found with some drugs near a high school in capital Tirana. Some 11.6 grams of marijuana were found with Haklaj near the foreign language high school in downtown Tirana.
Jetmir and Granit Hasanpapaj, 23 and 17 years old respectively, together with Almirilda Koka, 21, from the Tplah village in the northeastern Tropoja district, were arrested last week considered as the main suspects for the murder of Avni Sinani, 38, a taxi driver from the Gri village. After allegedly murdering him for harassing a woman in their family, they took him toward Kukes while his car was burnt.
