TIRANA, Jan. 20 – Lulzim Sinani, 73, former professor at the Agriculture University in Kamza,Tirana was arrested after being found with scores of stamps and materials he used to produce fake documents and sell them. Some 160 stamps and hundreds of fake empty documents belonging to almost all government institutions and also many of the western embassies in Tirana were found at an apartment he used as his hidden office.
