TIRANA, Jan. 8 – As a package of tax incentives aimed at attracting luxury tourism investment has just become effective, Sheraton Tirana, the country’s most internationally renowned brand, has left the country, a void which is expected to be filled with an inaugural Hilton hotel scheduled to open by mid-2018 in downtown Tirana.
