TIRANA, Feb. 1 – There has been concern in Albania over talks behind closed doors with Greece about a new maritime border agreement after the Greek foreign minister indicated in a media interview Albania had agreed to make territorial concessions. Opposition and civil society representatives have expressed concern about lack of transparency in the talks, while the government has said it is acting in the best interest of Albanians and for critics to wait for a final agreement to be made public.
