KORCE, June 28 – The Kapshtica border crossing was blocked for all vehicles Tuesday following a strike of the Greek customs officials. Scores of cars remained on the Greek side unable to cross the border. Only foot passengers could cross. This followed the nationwide strike in Greece that would continue to Wednesday. There were no problems in the other crossing points with Greece and many of the blocked cars used the other route, to Kakavie in Gjirokastra to get into Albania.
