TIRANA, Sep 29 – The heart disease is considered as the main cause of death in Albania.
The country has noted a rapid growth in people suffering from heart diseases and in the number of people dying from cardiovascular diseases.
More than half of the deaths or 52 percent die from heart diseases, according to health officials in Tirana.
Those sources also said that the number of heart diseases is constantly increasing and usually smokers and passive smokers suffer from heart diseases.
The number is larger compared to the one 10 years ago, officials say.
