SARANDA, July 28 – Police arrested Elton Xhuria, 27, who was assisting in the illegal crossing of immigrants into neighboring Greece. Xhuria, who had also been sentenced before on the same charge, was leading eight persons, including two children, while crossing on foot into Greece. (Tirana Times Staff)
