Human traffickers arrested

TIRANA, Feb 23 – Five persons were arrested and accused of illegal trafficking of people to neighboring Greece.
Police operation codenamed Piramida 72 held in southwestern Vlora and southernmost Saranda cities put under arrest five persons of an alleged trafficking network.
It is believed they illegally transported immigrants-to-be to Greece, for which they were paid some 2,000 Euros per each person.
