TIRANA, Dec 10 – Italian anti-drug police head Stefano Berrettoni has completed a two-day visit to Albania to meet with all top local police officials in an effort to strengthen the already good cooperation between the two institutions.
Albanian top police official Ahmet Prenci assured his Italian counterpart of their continuous support and close collaboration following successful results in recent years.
Italian police have been a close supporter in training Albanian police, offering up-to-date technology and other logistics.
Berrettoni confirmed the continuation of ‘consolidated’ cooperation with Albanians.
