TIRANA, June 24 – The Italian power corporation, Enel, is “working with the Albanian government to build a coal-fired plant, ” according to the managing director of the electricity group, Fulvio Conti. “We think we have the guarantees to increase our presence through investments in a nuclear reactor, but that is ‘something long term, which for now is not’ expected.” (Tirana Times Staff)
