Italian Soave applies for 75MW wind project in Albania

Albania Premier Berisha received on Tuesday representatives from Italian company SOAVE. The purpose of the meeting was the presentation of the project of energy production from wind, with a capacity of 75 megawatts, in Velipoj묠Shkodra. The company has more than a year working on this project and has submitted to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and the Ministry of Environment to obtain the relevant permits and licenses.
Laudadio Lord said their company has set as its priority investment in Albania in the framework of expanding their activities in the region, Albania had been chosen as the most suitable.
Premier Berisha congratulated for the work to date and would have ensured that the total support of government structures according to the laws in force for the successful realization of this project. This project is one more contribution to strengthening economic ties between the two neighboring countries, in strategic sectors of the economy.
