FIER, July 8 – Police claim to have discovered the identity of the murderer of Bashkim Hamitaj which took place in 1993.
Following a five-month investigation, police arrested Konstandin Konda, 33, for killing Hamitaj after a quarrel. (Tirana Times Staff)
