Albania is a symbol case of how religious communities do get along well with each other. Albania is a predominantly Muslim country, followed by Orthodox and Roman Catholic communities. Religion was banned from 1967 during the communist regime until just ahead of its fall in November 1990.
Albanians celebrated Christmas with ceremonies all around the country. At the same time there was also the Muslim day of Great Bayram that was celebrated the same way.
