TIRANA, Jan 14 – Luxembourg Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn made a visit to Albania Wednesday to meet with his Albanian counterpart, Lulzim Basha, and other top officials.
Albania’s NATO and EU integration, visa liberalization and regional developments seemed to be the main issues of discussion, for which Luxembourg pledged further support.
Luxembourg will soon ratify Albania’s NATO membership protocol, according to Asselborn.
The two ministers also signed an agreement on lifting double taxation between the two countries.
