TIRANA, March 23 – A group of army soldiers and tenants complained to the People’s Advocate, or Ombudsman, for a contract with the government.
A group of 28 military who had served in Herat, Afghanistan, complain the government should not get the 10 percent profit tax of their payment there as that was not included in the contract they had signed.
The group has sent a letter asking for assistance from the Ombudsman.
The ministry fired them from the army ranks after they returned from their six-month mission in Herat.
The military personnel serving in Afghanistan are paid 60 dollars a day during a six-month mission.
