KUKES, Nov. 9 – The Socialist Party branch of the northeastern Kukes district has warned they will start street protests unless police and authorities find the person or persons who killed their leader of the area last month.
Remzi Veseli, head of the Terthore commune and of the party branch there, was murdered just in front of his home’s main entrance.
Police say they are investigating the case but no results until now.
The opposition Socialists say that Veseli was killed due to his political post.
They also say that police are not finding perpetrators of the other murder last year of their lawmaker just before the general elections.
The Kukes Socialists branch say that police is not committed to finding the author of the murder and accuse them of incompetence.
