TIRANA, Jan 5 – Police prevented some 300 plastic toys from being distributed to children, claiming the toys were dangerous.
The inspectors blocked the selling of the toys, shapes as fruits, saying they were dangerous to children’s health and also called on people not to buy those toys sold on the streets by vendors.
Authorities also said they were investigating how the toys were brought to the country.
Albania buys many toys from China, though last year they blocked tons of them for being dangerous to children.
