TIRANA, Jan. 23 – Police appealed to all political parties to cooperate in order to have a normal electoral campaign. Police asked political grouping to make known to them all the electoral activities so that they could organize law and order during their holding. All police stations around the country have been advised on how to organize themselves during the electoral campaign and the voting day. Police also arrested different persons while the persons were damaging the electoral materials of their opponents.
