GJIROKASTRA, July 29 – Police arrested Refat Kanushi, 29, accusing him of an armed robbery in 1999 when he served as a road policeman.
Along with two other masked persons, they blocked a minivan and stole all the money and other valuable items belonging to the occupants. (Tirana Times Staff)
