DURRES, July 7 – Three sailors were injured by fire in a ship that caught fire while they sailed not far from Durres port.
The ship, the Evangjelis G, flying a Panamanian flag and carrying only Albanian sailors, had unloaded fuel in Durres and was turning back to Vlora when it caught fire. The sailors tried to extinguish the blaze and three of them suffered severe burns some five miles from port. (Tirana Times Staff)
