TIRANA, Sep 23 – Police of the Tirana International Airport Mother Teresa arrested Ardian Garubi, 37, while he was trying to enter the country under a different name.
Garubi had been sentenced in 2000 by the Shkodra district court with 20 years imprisonment for murder.
Garubi was coming from Britain.
