ELBASAN, Nov. 1 – Three teachers, one the spouse of the mayor of Cerrik town, were taken to police and questioned for falsifying school documents. They are accused of abusing by post the production of fake documents, or false papers with marks. School registers were missing papers for 23 students, while the names of 1,197 former students had been erased from the documents and instead they had written in other names. They had allegedly received money for the fake documents. It is believed the three teachers had collaborated with each other in the process.
