TIRANA, Aug 3 – Thousand of Albanian immigrants flocked at the border crossings this week coming back home for vacation.
Long queues of people waited sometime for hours to cross the border points in southern Albania and also the main ports of Durres and Vlora.
Albanian police increased its numbers checking documentation but also increased its surveillance considering it a proper time for criminals to conduct any illegal traffic or hide themselves.
Also, the northeastern border is being flocked by Kosovar tourists invading the country’s beaches.
