TIRANA, Dec 4 – Parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli was on an official visit to London, UK to take part at a new parliament plenary session there.
The plenary session was an opening one in which Queen Elisabeth II launches with her speech speaking of the government programme, new policies and priorities of the new legislation.
